New project for NORCOM for the City of Reykjavík!

We at Norcom are pleased to announce that the Environment and Planning Department of the City of Reykjavík has accepted our proposal for consulting on systematic commissioning/finishing work at the Sæborg preschool in the Vesturbær district of Reykjavík.

At Sæborg, there are plans to construct a new four-department, 1,100 m² extension with multi-purpose and staff facilities, as well as to carry out various renovations to the existing building.

Design work will begin shortly, and the project is expected to be completed in 2027. Norcom will work on behalf of the City of Reykjavík, ensuring that plans for design, implementation, and quality in technical and functional systems meet all requirements.

Norcom’s staff have decades of experience applying systematic commissioning methods to reduce defects in construction projects, and this will undoubtedly benefit the project and the residents of Reykjavík.
